Spinnaker SCA acquires supply chain IT consultancy Accelogix

Spinnaker SCA, a Boulder, CO-based supply chain consulting firm, has acquired Accelogix, a Cary, NC-based consultancy specializing in supply chain execution systems (SCES).

Founded in 2012, Accelogix delivers consulting, implementation, and development services for software-based warehouse automation solutions. The firm has deep expertise in warehouse management, automation, labor management strategy, systems integration, and support for Blue Yonder and LogistiVIEW solutions.

Accelogix has supported manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across industries on multi-facility greenfield implementations as well as implementation rescues. The company also helps clients select and adopt automation and robotics solutions integrated with their warehouse technology.

Accelogix has 17 employees listed on LinkedIn.

Spinnaker SCA’s acquisition of Accelogix will strengthen its supply chain execution practice. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Spinnaker SCA was formed in 2021 from the merger of SCApath and Spinnaker – with the latter firm’s roots dating back 20 years. The company’s more than 100 employees provide consulting and managed services in supply chain design and strategy, supply chain planning, supply chain execution, omnichannel fulfillment, and change management.
