Tech Mahindra, a global IT consulting firm, has partnered with WalkMe, a San Francisco-based provider of digital adoption platforms (DAP), to help client drive more effective digital transformations.

Founded in 2011, WalkMe is a pioneer in the field of DAPs – which play a critical role in enabling software adoption success by reducing friction and increasing end-user productivity. Gartner expects 70% of organizations will use a DAP by 2025.

WalkMe technology is currently used by more than 35 million people in 160+ countries. Its clients include 80% of the Fortune 10.

Tech Mahindra’s partnership with WalkMe will allow the consulting firm’s client base to better measure, drive, and realize the value of software investments. They will also gain deeper visibility into adoption challenges such as productivity, usability, and compliance.
