Marsh McLennan Agency buys Integrity HR
Marsh McLennan Agency, a subsidiary of Marsh (the insurance broking subsidiary of Marsh McLennan), has acquired Integrity HR, a Louisville, KY-based human resources consultancy.
Founded in 2007, Integrity HR works with midsize nonprofits, private equity portfolio firms, and family-owned businesses, as well as government clients.
The firm provides services in talent acquisition, HR assessments and strategy, HR projects, HR outsourcing, total rewards, training and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Since its founding, Integrity HR has worked with 400 clients and filled 1,100 positions. The firm has 13 employees.
The transaction will see Integrity divested from Epic Insurance Solutions Agency, a subsidiary of Fifth Third Insurance Agency, itself a subsidiary of Fifth Third Bank.
The acquisition will add a suite of new HR capabilities to Marsh McLennan Agency’s employee health and benefits division – including offerings in executive succession planning, compensation consulting, and talent acquisition.
The bulk of parent company Marsh McLennan’s HR capabilities are centered in Mercer, its global HR consulting and wealth management subsidiary.

Marsh McLennan Agency provides solutions in business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance. The company has 10,000 people across 170 offices in North America and approximately $2 billion in annual revenue.

Marsh McLennan surpassed $20 billion in revenue for the 12 months ending December 31, 2022.
