Miller Kaplan adds partners Andrea Williams and Jeff Worsham

Miller Kaplan, a Los Angeles-based accounting and consulting firm, has hired Andrea Williams and Jeff Worsham as partners in its San Francisco and LA offices, respectively.

“As we continually unlock new ways to strengthen the firm and to lead and inspire the next generation, I am happy to welcome Andrea and Jeff,” said Michael Kaplan, managing partner at Miller Kaplan. “They will be instrumental in the growth and development of their respective industries, as well as accelerating next-level services to our clients.”

Andrea Williams brings 25 years of professional services experience, with a focus on employer compliance audits in the construction industry. She has deep expertise in GAAP, litigation support, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Williams joins Miller Kaplan from Eide Bailly, where she spent four years as an audit director. Before that, she was a principal at Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Co. and a manager at Hemming Morse.

Williams has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Chico and is a certified fraud examiner.“It is an honor to join Miller Kaplan,” Williams said. “I look forward to mentoring the staff throughout their professional journeys and providing optimal service to our clients.”

Jeff Worsham has 30+ years of experience in public accounting, tax, consulting, and business management services. He specializes in tax compliance, planning, and resolution services for high-net-worth individuals and family-owned and closely-held businesses.

Worsham was previously senior managing tax director at NKSFB and a tax manager at Kerber, Eck & Braeckel.

He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University and is a certified public accountant.
