Zennify names Michael Rouleau chief revenue officer

Zennify, a Salesforce and nCino consulting firm, has hired Michael Rouleau as chief revenue officer. He is based in Charlotte, NC.

Rouleau brings over 30 years of experience with a focus on leading and implementing customer-first business and technology solutions. He has expertise in building and leading cross-functional teams, increasing revenue and market share, and reducing customer attrition.

Rouleau joins Zennify from Salesforce, where he spent the last eight years as SVP of customer success and led the North American financial services operating unit. In the role, he advised clients on implementations, integrations, roadmaps, user experience, value benchmarking, and process discipline for optimized Salesforce investment.

Before that, Rouleau spent 11 years at Bank of America, where he was latterly SVP for technology operations. He also previously spent seven years at Accenture, where he was an executive in the financial services practice.

Before entering consulting, Rouleau was a captain in the US Air Force.

He has a master’s degree in management and information systems from Colorado Technical University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Tufts University.

Zennify was founded in 2013 and provides financial services clients with consulting for the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The firm’s offerings span strategic consulting, implementation, data and intelligence, managed services, and change management.

Zennify has offices in Sacramento, CA and Meridian, ID, and has more than 130 employees, according to LinkedIn.
