Armanino makes three leadership appointments in Pacific Northwest
Armanino, a national accounting and consulting firm, appointed Sam Coursey as Pacific Northwest (PNW) growth leader and Katrina Perlewitz and Jason Woon as partners. All three professionals are based in the firm’s Bellevue, WA office.
Armanino’s PNW team has 64 employees, including five partners. In his new role as PNW growth leader, Coursey will focus on enhancing market strategies and reinforcing Armanino’s presence in the region.
Coursey has been at Armanino since 2020, and previously served as a director in the growth office and as a senior relationship manager. Before joining the firm, he was a senior account executive at Stock & Options Solutions and a sales manager at Avis Budget Group.

Perlewitz joins Armanino as a partner focusing on corporate and partnership tax matters. She brings 20 years of Big Four experience specializing in business tax advisory services including tax return preparation and review, provision services, and federal tax consulting.
Perlewitz previously spent 16 years at EY, where she was latterly a managing director. Before that, she spent four years at KPMG.
Perlewitz has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a certified public accountant.
Woon has been promoted to partner in Armanino’s valuation and financial modeling services team. He has 15+ years of professional and financial services industry experience in financial modeling, M&A, valuation, intangible assets, fixed income instruments, and complex securities.
Woon joined Armanino last year as a senior advisor. Before that, he spent a year as head of ventures valuation at Coinbase and a year as a director at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where he oversaw US and APAC valuations, financial due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and CFO advisory.
Prior to that, Woon spent 10 years at KPMG, where he was a managing director and US valuation leader for ESG. Earlier in his career, Woon was an audit senior at Clark Nuber.
He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Washington. Woon is a certified public accountant, certified corporate FP&A professional, accredited in business valuation, and certified in entity and intangible valuations.
