Thomas Ciulla joins Treliant as managing director in New York

Thomas Ciulla has joined Treliant, a management consulting firm serving the financial services industry, as a managing director in its New York office.

Ciulla joins the firm’s capital markets solutions practice, where he will assist clients on transformative initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

He brings over 25 years of business, operations, and IT consulting experience. He has deep expertise partnering with executives on areas including trade clearing and settlement, derivatives processing, securities finance, collateral management, liquidity, counterparty credit risk, and technical architecture/automation solutions.

Ciulla joins Treliant from Capgemini Invent, where he spent the last two years as a VP. Before that he spent over eight years at PwC, where he was a partner in the capital markets and digital transformation practices.

Ciulla also previously spent six years at Deloitte, where he was a managing director focusing on capital markets audit and enterprise risk services.

Treliant was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Washington, DC. The firm provides technology-enabled consulting, implementation, staffing, and managed services solutions to the regulatory compliance, risk, credit, financial crimes, and capital markets functions of its clients. Treliant primarily serves banks, mortgage providers, and fintechs.

The firm has more than 300 employees across offices in the US, UK, Poland, India, and Philippines.
