Elixirr hires John Kalil as US-based partner
Elixirr, a London-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired John Kalil as a partner based in San Diego.
Kalil brings more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience in strategy, operations, supply chain, and technology, with a focus on the retail & consumer and manufacturing industries.
He previously spent over six years at Noodle.ai, a provider of AI-powered supply chain software, where he was chief customer officer. Before that, he was a partner at Boston Consulting Group, global leader of management consulting at Infosys, and a senior principal at Diamond Technology Partners (now PwC).
Earlier in his career, Kalil was senior director of supply chain strategy and product pipeline development at Gap Inc. and a senior consultant at Accenture.
He has a master’s degree in operations research from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and manufacturing engineering from California State Polytechnic University – Pomona.In his new role at Elixirr, Kalil will focus on expanding the firm’s AI-focused solutions and its services and network in the supply chain, industrial, and consumer spaces.

The firm earlier this year announced a partnership with Responsum, an Austin-based generative AI acceleration platform.
Founded in 2009 and branding itself as “the challenger consultancy,” Elixirr provides consulting in business strategy, M&A, operations, sourcing, change management, regulatory, IT strategy, digital marketing, and digital design, among other areas. The company has offices in the UK, South Africa, and Croatia, as well as US offices in New York, Dallas, and San Francisco.
The firm significantly increased in its US footprint last year with the acquisition of iOLAP, a Dallas-based data and analytics consultancy.
