Sam Graziano joins Chatham Financial as managing director
Sam Graziano has joined Chatham Financial, a financial risk management advisory and technology firm, as a managing director in its financial institutions practice.
Based in the firm’s Kennett Square, PA headquarters, Graziano takes on a newly created role that will see him lead strategic growth initiatives and work with bank, credit union, insurance, and broker-dealer clients.
He brings more than 20 years of experience building, leading, and advising fintech and financial services firms. Graziano joins Chatham from Amount, a provider of digital loan and account origination software, where he was chief commercial officer. Before that, he was CEO of Linear Financial Technologies, a SaaS company focusing on SMB lending that was acquired by Amount in 2022.
Between 2011 and 2021, Graziano co-founded and led Fundation, a loan processing fintech company. Before that, he spent over a decade in investment banking, holding senior roles at Centerview Partners and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
Graziano has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Bucknell University.
