CNM LLP promotes Jennifer DiGiovanna to partner
CNM LLP, a Los Angeles-headquartered technical advisory firm, has promoted Jennifer DiGiovanna to partner.
Based in the firm’s New York City office, DiGiovanna will focus on the internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) advisory practice. She will also support CNM’s continued expansion in the New York area.
DiGiovanna has nearly 20 years of audit and advisory experience, with expertise in SOX compliance programs, internal controls, material weakness remediation, and controls rationalization. DiGiovanna also has extensive experience supporting payments companies with sector-specific processes, controls, and accounting issues.
She joined CNM four years ago as a managing director. Before that, DiGiovanna spent 13 years at EY’s New York office, where she was latterly an audit senior manager working with financial services clients.
DiGiovanna has an MBA from Pace University and is a licensed CPA.
“As Managing Director in our New York office for the last four years, Jennifer has helped build, grow, and lead the firm’s presence in the region,” said Sanjay Sheth, managing partner, CNM LLP. “Jennifer has a proven track record of leading our teams and building trusted relationships with her clients while upholding our people-first values that are the core of our company culture.”
CNM was founded in 2003 and provides services in accounting and transaction advisory, compliance and risk advisory, and IT advisory. The firm works with clients including startups, mid-market companies, and Fortune 500s.
CNM has more than 200 people across offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, and New York. Earlier this year, the company opened its first international location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
“It’s an exciting time to take on this larger leadership role at CNM as we continue to grow our foothold not only in New York, but throughout the country and globally as well,” DiGiovanna said.
