Vaco hires Steve Kass as chief revenue officer
Vaco Holdings, a Nashville-headquartered professional services firm, has hired Steve Kass as chief revenue officer.
Based in Chicago, Kass will spearhead the firm’s revenue-focused strategies. He brings nearly three decades of experience in leading business transformation for talent solutions and consulting businesses.
Kass focuses on strategizing and implementing technology solutions to drive efficiencies and scale, with experience in both front- and back-office operations.
Kass most recently spent two years running his company SAK Digital Ventures, which provided advisory services in the areas of digital and business transformation, leadership, and operational efficiency. The firm focused on supporting financial services clients with offshoring of data analytics and architecture.He previously spent 26 years at HR consulting and staffing firm Robert Half, where he was latterly chief administrative officer. In the role, Kass oversaw new technology, innovation initiatives, and global back office leadership.
Before that, he was SVP for business transformation and innovation as well as president of strategic accounts and professional staffing services.
Kass has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa.

Vaco earlier this year hired Lisa Weaver as chief administrative officer and Megan Schuster as chief marketing officer.
