New Orleans strategy consultancy Trepwise marks 10th anniversary

Trepwise, a New Orleans-based strategy consultancy focusing on nonprofits and foundations, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this fall.

The firm has in the last 10 years worked with over 500 organizations nationally, with its New Orleans engagements including projects with United Way of Southeast Louisiana, Greater New Orleans Foundation, and Tulane University. Trepwise has completed more than 100 strategic plans in areas such as youth empowerment, workforce development, arts and culture, tourism, and health.

The firm was founded by CEO Kevin Wilkins in 2013. Prior to founding Trepwise, Wilkins spent over 20 years in the investment industry, serving as a managing director at State Street Research and a VP at Fidelity Investments. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

The consultancy has business lines in organizational planning, systems coordination, and a solutions lab.

Trepwise helps purpose-driven organizations solidify their strategic vision, refine their organizational model and approach, increase collaboration across stakeholders, launch new initiatives, and strengthen their team and culture.

The company was named a Best Place to Work in New Orleans the last seven years and has since its founding contributed 1,600 hours of pro bono consulting and $100,000+ in donations to philanthropic causes.

Trepwise plans to commemorate its 10th anniversary with a reception and free workshop in early 2024.
