Resolution Economics acquires several practices of Biddle Consulting
Resolution Economics, a Los Angeles-based economic consulting firm, has acquired several practices from Biddle Consulting, a Folsom, CA-based equal employment opportunity (EEO) consulting firm.
The acquisition covers the affirmative action plan (AAP), DEI, pay equity, and related training services practices of Biddle. The pre-employment testing services of Biddle – TestGenius – are not part of the transaction.
Founded in 1974, Biddle has over 45 years of expertise in the EEO industry and has worked with thousands of employers. The firm has 65 employees, according to LinkedIn, and provides services in consulting, training, and software.
ResEcon will roll the Biddle practices into its Berkshire division, which was created last year though the acquisition of Berkshire Associates, a Columbia, MD-based human resources consulting and technology firm. At the time of acquisition, Berkshire had 80+ employees providing outsourced AAP consulting and software services, compensation analysis, EEO, and other HR compliance-related services.Patrick Nooren, PhD, will continue to lead the acquired Biddle practice groups based in Folsom.

ResEcon was founded in 1998 and provides economic and statistical analysis to corporate and law firm clients. The firm has domain expertise in labor and employment matters and finance and accounting analysis.
ResEcon has more than 150 employees, according to LinkedIn, and offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Charlotte, NC, and Washington, DC.
