Davies, a London-headquartered professional services firm focusing on the insurance industry, has hired Cindy Harris as a Vice President of business development in North America.
Based in Detroit, Harris brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on long-term care insurance. She has worked with major carriers and led sales strategy, new business development, and agent recruitment initiatives.
In her new role, Harris will focus on partnering with Davies’ current and potential long-term care and disability insurance clients and driving commercial expansion in the North American market. She will report to Brooke Gracious, chief client officer for North America.

Harris was previously director of sales at Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC) and senior director of sales at LifeSecure.

Davies also recently added Tim Lauro and Eric Gasbarro as Vice Presidents of business development in North America. Both new hires have two decades of experience in insurance.
Davies has a team of more than 8,500 professionals across 20+ countries. The firm serves over 2,000 insurance, financial services, public sector, and other highly regulated clients.
Davies has practices in claims management, forensic accounting, technology, insurance and risk, and consulting. The firm’s consulting practice has offerings in specialist operations, financial crime and regulatory compliance, organizational performance, and customer experience, among other areas.
