Evolv Consulting promotes Trisha Arnold to chief talent officer

Evolv Consulting, a Dallas-based management and technology consultancy, has promoted Trisha Arnold to chief talent officer.

Arnold brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to the role, where she will work with senior leaders to address talent operations needs and drive development and execution of talent initiatives.

She joined the firm in 2019 as a human resources director and most recently serve as managing director for talent operations.

Before Evolv, Arnold spent eight years at Brinks Home Security, where she was latterly senior director for human resources. Before that, she was a recruiter at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Aerotek.

Arnold has a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.

Founded in 2018, Evolv provides services in business consulting, solution engineering, and data solutions. The firm’s offerings include business analysis, project management, process improvement, change management, software implementation, application engineering and integration, UX/UI design, cloud data platforms, analytics and reporting, and data visualization.

Evolv has 156 employees and offices in Dallas and Houston. The firm has a growth goal of 250 team members by the end of 2024.
