Sebastian Blum joins FTI Delta as senior managing director
Sebastian Blum has joined FTI Delta, the strategy practice of FTI Consulting, as a senior managing director.
Based in New York, Blum will lead FTI Delta’s media and entertainment team on the East Coast. He has over 18 years of strategy consulting experience, with a focus on supporting telecom, media, and technology (TMT) clients with growth strategy and digitalization.
Blum previously spent over four years with OC&C Strategy Consultants, where he was a partner and leader of the media, entertainment, and consumer internet sector for North America. Before that, he spent 14 years with Booz & Co. (now Strategy&), where he was latterly a partner leading engagements in growth strategy and operating model transformation.
Before entering consulting, Blum co-founded photonity.com, a photography-focused internet startup.
He has an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in professional photographic illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

FTI Delta focuses on clients in TMT and the public sector. The practice’s offerings include strategy, organization and governance, product innovation, cost transformation, and M&A strategy.
