Toney Healthcare acquires healthcare consultancy Rebellis Group
Toney Healthcare, a Tampa-based consultancy specializing in health plan clinical operations, has acquired Rebellis Group, an Overland Park, KS-based consultancy focusing on Medicare Advantage.
Founded in 2020 by former Gorman Health Group executives, Rebellis advises organizations on strategy, change management, regulatory compliance, and process optimization for Medicare Advantage and Part D.
The firm has more than 30 employees, according to LinkedIn.

Betsy Seals, co-founder and CEO of Rebellis, joins Toney Healthcare as president and board member. She will also continue to serve as CEO of Rebellis, which will continue to operate under its current brand and management structure.

Toney was founded in 2008 and provides health plans nationwide with expertise in clinical operations execution, quality, accreditation, and compliance. The firm has over 350 professionals.
Toney was in November 2022 acquired by private equity firms Centre Partners and Health Enterprise Partners.
