Simon-Kucher promotes Brad Soper to managing partner for Americas
Simon-Kucher, a global sales and marketing consultancy, has promoted Brad Soper to co-managing director for the US and managing partner for the Americas.
Based in Atlanta, Soper has been a partner at Simon-Kucher for 10 years, spending the last two years as global head of the industrials sector.
He has extensive experience leading commercial transformation programs in go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales, and marketing. Soper focuses on B2B companies in chemicals, building materials, industrial/capital goods, and services.
In his new role, Soper will oversee an Americas region that comprises seven offices in the US as well as one office apiece in Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Brazil. Simon-Kucher’s US operations launched in 1996 and have grown to 30 partners and 250 staff.
He will also serve as a member of the firm’s global executive committee.
Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Soper spent four years as an operations and turnaround advisor assisting a major private equity firm’s portfolio companies. Before that, he spent three years with Boston Consulting Group, where he was a project leader.
Prior to his career in consulting, Soper served for nine years in the US Navy, where he was a naval flight officer.
He has an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy.
