Kroll hires Jennifer Huntington as chief operating officer
Kroll, a risk and financial advisory firm, has hired Jennifer Huntington as its chief operating officer.
Based in Philadelphia, Huntington brings over 20 years of experience leading global business operations in the professional services and technology industries.
In her new role, she will oversee Kroll’s business operations and technology function, driving operational excellence across professional and corporate shared service capabilities.
“As we strengthen our team of global leaders, we are laying a strong foundation to ensure our organization can deliver at the highest levels for our clients and maximize results,” said Jacob Silverman, CEO of Kroll. “We are excited to welcome Jennifer to Kroll and to our Executive Leadership Team, and I look forward to working with her as we reach new heights across our business.”
Huntington joins Kroll from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she spent a year-and-a-half as director of business services and modernization. In the role, she oversaw strategy, operations, and systems for the AWS Professional Services business, ProServe.
Before that, Huntington spent nearly four years at Genpact, where she was latterly chief operating officer for the Americas. She also previously spent three years as COO of Infor Services, leading business operations for Infor’s cloud, consulting, and support business.
Earlier in her career, Huntington spent 13 years at SAP, where she held leadership roles in operations, post-merger integration, and new product introduction. She began her career as a consultant at Clarkston Consulting.
Huntington has a bachelor’s degree in management science and information technology from Virginia Tech.
“Kroll is a forward-thinking organization with a strong emphasis on values and innovation, and a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional results on behalf of its clients,” said Huntington. “I look forward to working with our talented and collaborative teams to drive Kroll’s continued success by focusing on operational excellence across the firm’s professional and corporate functions.”
