Arcwide buys US-based Enterprise Consulting Inc.
Arcwide, a joint venture of consulting firm BearingPoint and ERP software firm IFS, has acquired Enterprise Consulting Inc., a Minneapolis-based provider of IFS cloud services.
Enterprise was founded in 1999 and established its IFS practice in 2002. The firm is an IFS platinum channel partner with a full suite of services spanning ERP implementation, upgrades, optimization, hosting, and managed services.
Enterprise has over 40 employees listed on LinkedIn and works with mid-market manufacturing clients in the United States and Canada.
Through the acquisition, Arcwide will expand its ability to provide IFS software and solutions in North America.

Arcwide was founded in 2022 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, where BearingPoint is also based. IFS is a Sweden-based ERP software firm with over 6,000 employees. Its software solutions focus on the aerospace, energy, construction, manufacturing, services, telecom industries.
The joint venture Arcwide, which combines the technology consulting expertise of BearingPoint with the software of IFS, is aiming to eventually be the largest IFS delivery partner in the world.
