BCG renews building lease in Dallas

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) renewed the lease on its ultra-modern office in Dallas, Texas last month. The firm will look to continue its more than two decades of success in advising clients from its “Big D” office.

The Boston Consulting Group renewed its building lease last month in the uptown Dallas, Texas business district of Harwood.

BCG, which moved into the office in 2008, re-signed a lease spanning three floors and 69,624 square feet of the Saint Ann Court building in Harwood.

BCG opened its first office in Dallas in 1994, and has since expanded into its current state-of-the-art location, which boasts two spectacular terraces overlooking the city.

BCG’s Dallas office has grown rapidly over the past two decades, supporting the booming local economy with significant work in energy and utilities, technology and telecommunications, and consumer goods and retail.

The Dallas office is part of the global BCG management consulting firm, which boasts 90 offices in 50 countries and draws on the expertise of 6,200 consultants worldwide. The firm, which was founded in 1963, had a reported global revenue of $5.6 billion in 2016.
