Forvis Mazars expands into Seattle
Forvis Mazars, a national mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has expanded into Washington with the opening of a Seattle office.
The new office, which is located at 111 Third Avenue, will establish a physical presence in a market where Forvis Mazars already serves clients across technology, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, private equity, nonprofit, and retail.
“By establishing a presence here, we’re able to work more closely with clients through greater proximity and collaboration, reinforcing the Unmatched Client Experience that defines the firm while positioning Forvis Mazars for long-term growth across the Pacific Northwest," said Jeff Ronsse, Northwest regional managing partner.
The office will be led by Donald Rawe, an Indianapolis-based tax partner who is relocating to Seattle. Rawe has 24 years of professional services experience and has been with Forvis Mazars since 2008. Prior to joining predecessor firm BKD, he was a senior associate in the tax practice of PwC.
“Our culture is built around high-touch service, thoughtful collaboration, and a long-term commitment to client success," Rawe said. “As the Seattle market continues to evolve, we see a robust opportunity to bring that approach to businesses and stakeholders looking for advisors who are deeply invested in their outcomes.”
The Seattle location is Forvis Mazars’ 77th office across 31 states. It will expand the firm’s West Coast presence, where it has numerous California locations.
Forvis Mazars has 7,000 people across the US and annual revenue of $2.24 billion. The firm was created in 2024 via the merger of Mazars USA and Forvis (which was itself created in 2022 via the merger of BKD and Dixon DHG).
