Juli Saitz rejoins FTI Consulting as senior managing director
Juli Saitz has rejoined the dispute advisory services practice of FTI Consulting, a Washington, DC-headquartered management consulting firm.
Based in New York, Saitz has more than 25 years of experience in forensic accounting and financial and economic analysis for litigation matters. She has served as an expert witness on various court proceedings and arbitrations relating to valuation, fraud, breach of contract, and trademark and copyright infringement, among other areas.
“When businesses are facing legal disputes, they need clear, reliable and objective analysis that can shed light on all phases of a case,” said Vince Thomas, a senior managing director and co-leader of the dispute advisory services practice at FTI Consulting. “Juli draws on years of broad-based forensic accounting and valuation experience to provide authoritative expert witness testimony that holds up in court. We’re pleased to welcome her back to our team.”
Saitz most recently spent two years as a partner focusing on risk mitigation and dispute resolution at HKA and six years as a senior managing director at Ankura.
Before that, she spent 12 years at FTI, where she was latterly a managing director in the dispute advisory services practice.
Earlier in her career, Saitz was a manager at KPMG and a senior consultant at PwC, where she focused on forensic and litigation matters.
She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from New York University and is a certified public accountant, accredited in business valuation, and certified in financial forensics.
“FTI Consulting experts are known in the industry for their top-notch litigation consulting and unique perspectives that help resolve disputes,” Saitz said. “I look forward to joining an already prominent team as we continue to provide our clients with independent expert analysis and solutions to their toughest challenges.”
FTI helps organizations manage change, mitigate risk, and resolve disputes. The firm has over 8,000 employees in 33 countries and territories.
The firm earlier this summer appointed William Perlstein as global leader of its forensic and litigation consulting segment and Rachel Hall as a senior managing director in its corporate finance and restructuring segment.
