Seidor, a Barcelona, Spain-headquartered IT consulting firm, has acquired Argentis, a San Juan, Puerto Rico-based SAP consulting firm.

Founded in 2008, Argentis is an SAP partner focusing on SAP Business One, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution designed for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Puerto Rican consultancy has a team of 25 professionals and recorded $2.4 million in revenue in 2023.

Seidor’s acquisition of Argentis will strengthen its regional footprint in Puerto Rico and the English Caribbean. The transaction will also double Seidor’s installed based of SAP Business One clients.

“This acquisition not only extends our market presence but also strengthens our ability to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Our ongoing investment in SAP solutions highlights our commitment to advancing digital transformation and delivering exceptional value to SEIDOR's customers,” said Rodolpho Cardenuto, CEO of Seidor North America.

The acquired firm will retain its entire team and operate as Seidor Argentis during a transitionary period. Diego Dubini will join Seidor North America as SVP and general manager, while Lucas Dubini will join as SVP and COO, overseeing the SME market.

“This is an important milestone for Argentis's story,” said Diego Dubini. “Our talented employees will now benefit from being part of a larger corporation like SEIDOR, and our customers will continue receiving excellent care, along with access to a broader portfolio of solutions and services.”

Seidor has more than 9,000 professionals in 45 countries in Europe, Latin America, the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia – including 5,000 SAP consultants.

The firm provides a wide array of services in digital solutions, business applications, and technology.
