Vaco adds three managing partners

Vaco, a Nashville-headquartered recruiting and HR consulting firm, has hired three new managing partners: Chris Decker, Andy Gonzalez, and Cathy Shim.

Decker will lead the firm’s Orlando office, Gonzalez will lead Orange County, and Shim will lead Detroit.

Decker has more than 25 years of experience in technology staffing and consulting. He most recently served as VP at Superior Rigging & Erecting Co., where he managed operations for the crane and rigging team. Before that, Decker held several leadership roles at staffing and IT solutions firm TEKsystems, including director of business operations and director of the Orlando delivery performance center.

Gonzalez has 15+ years of experience in talent solutions, with extensive knowledge in the IT and digital sectors. He previously held several leadership roles at talent solutions firm Randstad, including VP and client partner – media, senior director of sales, and market director.

Shim has nearly 14 years of experience in consulting and talent solutions. She was previously a senior business development executive at consulting firm Slalom and a senior manager for strategic partnerships at TEKsystems.
