Argano acquires Microsoft partner Real Dynamics

Argano, a Plano, TX-based technology consultancy, has acquired Real Dynamics, an Irvine, CA-based Microsoft Dynamics implementation specialist.
Founded in 2015, Real Dynamics is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 FastTrack portfolio partner that provides implementation, business intelligence, and data solutions to enterprise clients.
The firm has expertise across the Microsoft Dynamics finance and supply chain ecosystem. Real Dynamics utilizes an India-based delivery model and has over 50 employees, according to LinkedIn.
Argano’s acquisition of Real Dynamics will strengthen its Microsoft business unit and its global delivery capabilities.
The deal is the second of the year for Argano, following the April acquisition of Netlogistik, a Mexico-based digital supply chain consulting firm with nearly 600 people.
Argano has a strategic acquisition program in place to “significantly increase” its scale and capabilities in 2025.
“We are very pleased to continue to deliver Argano’s year of accelerated expansion by welcoming a best-in-class company like Real Dynamics,” said Chip Register, CEO of Argano. “Real Dynamics significantly enhances our capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics, a major enterprise ecosystem, and deepens our reach into high-growth end markets.”
The Argano platform launched in 2021 when private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners acquired and combined three technology services businesses: Keste, interRel Consulting, and United Virtualities.
Argano provides digital strategy, design, execution, and ongoing managed services. The firm helps enterprise clients optimize core functions across customer engagement and service, revenue management, finance and planning, supply chain, and workforce optimization.
Argano has over 1,500 employees across offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
