Argano acquires Workday partner Stormloop Technologies
Argano, a Plano, TX-based technology consulting firm, has acquired Stormloop Technologies, a Dallas-based Workday partner.
Founded in 2018, Stormloop provides advisory, post-impementation managed services, and follow-on phase X implementations for Workday, a popular software platform for human capital management and financial management.
The firm also provides proprietary built-on-Workday applications, including a multi-tenant collection that helps clients monitor and manage engagements across their enterprises.
Stormloop has more than 70 employees, according to LinkedIn.
The acquisition, which closed in December, will enhance Argano’s human capital and financial management capabilities.
It is the ninth transaction since the April 2025 announcement of Argano’s transformational growth program.

The Argano platform launched in May 2021 when private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners combined three technology services businesses: Keste, interRel Consulting, and United Virtualities. The consultancy provides digital strategy, design, execution, and managed services and has over 1,800 employees across offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

EY provided financial diligence advisory to Argano on the acquisition, while Clearsight Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Stormloop.
