Kozlowski joins from EY, where he spent over two decades and was a senior partner. He led engagements in strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, operations, and technology for clients in banking, payments, capital markets, asset management, and private equity.
Kozlowski began his professional services career at Arthur Andersen, where he spent 13 years and was a partner.
