Argano buys Anavate Partners and Attentis Consulting

Argano, a Plano, TX-based technology consultancy, has acquired Anavate Partners, a Phoenix-based Anaplan specialist, and Attentis Consulting, a Dover, DE-based Salesforce consulting firm.
Founded in 2017, Anavate Partners focuses on cloud-based planning and forecasting solutions on the Anaplan platform. The firm helps clients transform processes, relieve planning pain points, and automate workflows in finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain.
Anavate was named an Anaplan trailblazer partner of the year in 2025 and a rising star partner of the year in 2024.
The firm has more than 50 employees, according to LinkedIn.
“Anavate adds immediate depth in enterprise planning and automation and marks an important milestone along our path to becoming the strongest Anaplan partner in the US. As one integrated platform, we’re excited to welcome our new colleagues and partner with them as we continue to deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive digital transformation at scale,” said Chip Register, CEO of Argano.
Attentis Consulting was founded in 2018 and focuses on Salesforce Health Cloud integrations. The firm provides tailored cloud implementations and managed services to healthcare payers, providers, pharmacy benefits managers, and third-party administrators.
Attentis has more than 50 employees, according to LinkedIn.
“Attentis brings highly complementary Salesforce and healthcare capabilities that significantly deepen our industry vertical expertise and strengthen our leading Salesforce Business Unit,” Register said.
Argano is putting forth an accelerated 2025 acquisition program, which is fully backed by capital secured in the past year. The firm has now bought four companies in 2025, previously adding Real Dynamics, an Irvine, CA-based Microsoft Dynamics implementation specialist, and Netlogistik, a Mexico-based digital supply chain consulting firm with nearly 600 people.
The Argano platform launched in 2021 when private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners acquired and combined three technology services businesses: Keste, interRel Consulting, and United Virtualities.
Argano provides digital strategy, design, execution, and managed services. It has over 1,500 employees across offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
