AlixPartners promotes Andrew Csicsila and Meaghan Schmidt to co-heads of Americas region

AlixPartners, a New York-based management consulting firm, has promoted Andrew Csicsila and Meaghan Schmidt to co-heads of its Americas region.

Csicsila and Schmidt succeed Andy Eversbusch and Lisa Donahue, who led the Americas region since 2022. Eversbusch is remaining at AlixPartners as global vice chair, while Donahue is leaving after 27 years with the firm.

Based in Chicago, Csicsila has been at AlixPartners since 2009, joining the firm as a VP and being named a partner in 2017. He has led the consumer products practice in the Americas since 2022.

Csicsila has extensive experience advising clients in household products, consumer electronics, home care, and food and beverage on transformation, supply chain, and operating model design. He has also advised numerous private equity firms on due diligence and improving portfolio company performance.

Before joining AlixPartners, Csicsila was a manager in the consumer products and operations practice of Archstone Consulting.

He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering and operations from Kettering University.

Schmidt is based in New York and has been with AlixPartners since 2004. She joined the firm as a VP and was named a partner in 2017.

Schmidt was most recently a senior partner focusing on forensic accounting engagements. She has led internal investigations at numerous high-profile corporate accounting, financial reporting, and anti-corruption matters.

Schmidt currently sits on AlixPartners’ risk management committee and previously was a management board member on the board of directors.

Before joining the firm, she spent two years at PwC.

Schmidt has a master’s degree in accountancy from Baruch College and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University.
