Gallagher acquires Dion Leadership Inc.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a Chicago-based insurance broking and HR consulting firm, has acquired Dion Leadership Inc., a boutique, Detroit-based leadership consulting firm.
Founded in 2019, Dion Leadership’s 60 coaches and consultants deliver solutions in executive leadership coaching, leadership development programs, team development, organizational development, talent assessment, and management training.
The firm works with clients in a range of industries.
Founder Steve Dion and his team will remain in their current office location and will join Gallagher’s talent consulting practice.

Gallagher’s talent consulting practice has offerings in leadership development and organizational advisory, compensation and total rewards, and HR and benefits technology consulting, among other areas.
Gallagher has over 56,000 global employees providing insurance broking, risk management, and HR consulting services.
The firm last year acquired OperationsInc LLC, a Norwalk, CT-based human resources consulting firm.
