Compensation Advisory Partners promotes three to partner
Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP), a national executive compensation consulting firm, has promoted Roman Beleuta, Kyle Eastman, and Michael Bonner to partner.

All three new partners have been with CAP for more than 12 years.
Beleuta is based in the Seattle office (which opened last year), where he serves as Northwest market co-lead. He has expertise advising public and private companies on compensation strategy and competitive pay programs, annual and long-term incentive plan design, director compensation, pay for performance analyses and IPO related issues.
Beleuta has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Albany.
Eastman is also based in the Seattle office, where he co-leads the Northwest market alongside Beleuta. He has expertise in compensation strategy development, executive compensation benchmarking, detailed financial analysis, pay versus performance evaluation, annual and long-term incentive plan design, and compensation-related regulatory compliance.
Eastman has bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics from the University of Albany.
Bonner is based in CAP’s New York headquarters. He has expertise in incentive plan design, executive and non-employee director compensation benchmarking, and performance measurement.
Bonner has a bachelor’s degree in management, finance, corporate reporting, and analysis from Boston College.
Founded in 2009, CAP provides consulting services in board director compensation benchmarking and design, executive transitions and strategic transactions, and pay and financial performance alignment. The firm works with businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 100s, as well as non-profit organizations.
CAP has 15 partners and principals, as well as five senior associates and associates.
