DSG Global hires Bryan Christianson as managing director in healthcare practice

DSG Global, a Philadelphia-headquartered executive search and HR consulting firm, has hired Bryan Christianson as a managing director in its healthcare practice.

Based in Kansas City, Christianson brings 25+ years of healthcare industry experience, including over a decade in executive search and leadership advisory. He has extensive experience working with large delivery systems, community-based hospitals, pediatric organizations, and national healthcare systems.

He previously spent two years with TruBridge, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions, where he was head of sales. Before that, he spent 12 years with staffing firm AMN Healthcare, where he was SVP for client engagement and client organization.

Earlier in his career, Christianson was VP of marketing and business development at Mobile Aspects and a client executive at Cerner Corporation.

He has an MBA from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree in hospital administration from Concordia College–Moorhead.

“Bryan’s distinct background, extensive network, and deep understanding of healthcare operations make him a tremendous addition to our team,” said Aileen Alexander, CEO of DSG Global. “As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, our clients need partners who can not only uncover the rarefied leadership needed for today, but also provide the deep insight and strategic guidance needed for long-term success.”

DSG helps clients in a wide range of industries fill roles across corporate functions. Aside from executive search, the firm provides consulting in organization, human capital, audits and assessments, and leadership development.

DSG was founded in 1974 and has more than 450 employees, according to LinkedIn.

“Healthcare organizations face unprecedented challenges today, from workforce pressures and staffing shortages, to the impact of emergent technologies and shifting public policy,” Christianson said. “I feel extremely energized to join DSG Global at a time when identifying the right leader for the right organization is more critical than ever.”
