OC&C Strategy Consultants appoints Aaron Souza as partner in New York

OC&C Strategy Consultants, a London-headquartered management consultancy, has hired Aaron Souza as a partner in its TMT practice in New York.

Souza brings 15 years of experience advising clients in communications, media, and entertainment.

He joins OC&C from Bain & Company, where he spent 15 years and served as a partner since 2021. Souza has extensive experience advising private equity clients on software and broader technology assets, as well as working on engagements in the music, sports, and advertising industries.

Aside from client work, Souza worked on training and recruiting programs in Bain’s New York office.

He has an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.

OC&C has US offices in Boston and New York.
