Simon-Kucher recognized on Vault Consulting 50 in North America list

Sales and marketing specialist Simon-Kucher was ranked number 17 on the 2026 Vault Consulting 50 list, which recognizes the best consulting firms to work for in North America.

The top firm in this year’s North American ranking of consultancies was Bain & Company, which jumped up one spot from second place in 2025, while last year’s top firm BCG fell to second place.

The annual Vault list is based on feedback from employees and industry professionals on criteria such as prestige, compensation, work-life balance, company culture, and overall satisfaction.

In North America, Simon-Kucher ranked fourth in its specialist practice area of pricing, sales, and marketing consulting – just behind the Big Three strategy firms of McKinsey, BCG, and Bain. The German consultancy ranked first in pricing, sales, and marketing in the EMEA region.
