AArete promotes four to managing director

AArete, a Chicago-based management and technology consulting firm, has promoted Diane Body, Emily Dawes, Konrad Siczek, and Priya Iragavarapu to managing director.

Diane Body (Tampa Bay) has more than 30 years of IT and operations leadership experience. She joined AArete in 2024 as a VP in the healthcare practice. Body focuses on leading application development, implementation, and quality assurance engagements for healthcare payer clients.

Before joining AArete, Body was a regional VP at Centene Corporation, an SVP at PNT Data Corporation, and staff VP of technology at Anthem.

Emily Dawes (Seattle) is a leader in the firm’s healthcare practice who focuses on total cost of care strategy. She works with health plans to turn data and market intelligence into actionable initiatives that drive cost savings and operational improvements.

Dawes joined AArete as a consultant in 2018 and was promoted to director in 2022.

Konrad Siczek (Chicago) advises healthcare payers and providers on profitability improvement and operational transformation. He has worked on network initiatives for regional and national payers to drive affordability and quality of care through analytics, market intelligence, and organizational change.

Siczek joined AArete in 2017 as a consultant and was promoted to director in 2022. He previously spent two years with The Advisory Board Company, where he was a senior associate.

Priya Iragavarapu (Chicago) leads AArete’s AI solutions. She partners with C-suite executives to align AI adoption with strategy and ensure that AI applications are practical and impactful.

Iragavarapu joined AArete in 2021 and previously served as VP for data science and analytics. She previously spent two years as director for big data technologies at American Express and four years in the enterprise data management, analytics, and AI solutions division of US Bank.

AArete also announced the hiring of Scott Zambo as VP for legal and compliance. He was previously counsel at law firm Kelley, Kelley, & Kelley.

AArete also promoted three team members to VP: Jeremiah Nace, Brian Poulter, and Adam Schulz.
