Korn Ferry adds six senior leaders
Korn Ferry, a Los Angeles-headquartered organizational consulting and recruiting firm, recently hired six senior leaders in its US offices.
Katherine LaVelle (New York) joins Korn Ferry as a global head of consulting for the financial services industry. She brings 25+ years of experience advising financial services clients.
LaVelle joins from Accenture, where she spent three decades and was a partner.
Arvind Ramakrishnan (Los Angeles) joins as a global account leader in the technology practice. He has 20 years of experience advising TMT and industrials sector clients on strategy and transformation.
Ramakrishnan joins from EY-Parthenon, where he spent 14 years and was a partner. Before that, he held strategy and operations roles at CBS Interactive, The Walt Disney Company, and NBC Universal.
Kelly Voss (Philadelphia) joins as a senior client partner in the total rewards practice. She has more than 35 years of experience advising organizations on compensation strategy and workforce rewards programs.
Voss was previously head of rewards and career advisory for North America at Aon, practice director of rewards and talent management at Willis Towers Watson, and national leader of the compensation practice at PwC US.
Alissa Moody (Philadelphia) joins as senior client partner in the industrial practice. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in executive search and recruiting.
Moody joins from JM Search, where she spent 15+ years and was a partner and leader of the industrial and industrial technology practice. Before that, she spent three years at Karen Harvey Consulting, where she was a senior recruiter.
Kedist Tsadik (Dallas) joins as a senior client partner in the technology practice. She has more than 15 years of professional experience, with a focus on sales and recruitment.
Tsadik most recently spent seven years with Google, where she was customer sales activation lead for mid-market APAC clients within Google Cloud. She also was a senior leadership recruiter for APAC at Google Cloud.
Prior to that, Tsadik spent five years with Spencer Stuart, where she was an executive recruiter in the technology practice.
Steven Leach (Atlanta) joins as a global account leader. He brings more than two decades of experience working with financial services organizations on enterprise transformation and organizational effectiveness. Leach specializes in integrating strategy, leadership, and operating models to strengthen performance and enable sustained change.
He was previously an associate managing director at Accenture, a digital transformation executive at NTT Data Services, and a senior client partner at Cognizant.
