Korn Ferry launches SaaS platform ‘Korn Ferry Talent Suite’

Korn Ferry, a Los Angeles-headquartered organizational consulting and recruiting firm, has launched its “Korn Ferry Talent Suite” software-as-a-service platform.

Talent Suite offers an array of talent applications built on the firm’s 50 years of proprietary performance IP and data.

“This new technology platform takes all of Korn Ferry’s foundational assets and solutions that permeate everything our firm offers and everything we know about people and makes it accessible for our clients and our consultants at scale,” said Mathias Herzog, president of Korn Ferry’s global technology practice and leader of the firm’s digital solution.

The suite’s products – which include Architect, Assess, Pay, Recruit, and Sell – can be accessed via subscription- and license-based offerings.

Korn Ferry says the platform provides a single clear view of people and their impact on business outcomes, and ensures talent decisions are grounded in science.

Talent Suite applications can help clients identify skills and development gaps in their workforce and close those gaps with precise talent actions in hiring, development, coaching, and transfers.
