L.E.K Consulting moving to bigger New York office, appoints new market leader
L.E.K. Consulting, a Boston-headquartered strategy consulting firm, on Tuesday announced it is moving to a larger office space in New York City. The firm also announced the appointment of Amanda Davis Winters as New York office head.
L.E.K.’s new office is located at 1166 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan and is 55,000 square feet – up from 38,000 square feet at its prior office at 114 West 47th Street. The new office features enhanced collaboration areas and technology.
L.E.K. entered the New York market in 2007 with a small team and has grown the office to more than 160 professionals providing strategy consulting to clients across all major sectors. The New York office recently welcomed Michael Retterath as a managing director in its healthcare and life sciences performance improvement practice.
“Our move reflects the strength and momentum of our New York team and our long-term commitment to this market,” said Manny Picciola, regional head – Americas. “As we enter this next chapter of growth, Amanda’s leadership will be instrumental.”
Amanda Davis Winters is a managing director and partner who has been with L.E.K. for 15 years. She joined the New York office in 2013 after initially working in the firm’s Boston office.
A member of L.E.K.’s private equity and industrials practice, Winters advises clients on growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and value creation.
She has an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
