Insight appoints Jack Azagury as president and CEO
Insight Enterprises, a Phoenix-headquartered IT consulting firm, has appointed Jack Azagury as its president and CEO, effective April 13, 2026.
Azagury, formerly group chief executive of consulting at Accenture, will succeed Joyce Mullen, who announced her retirement in October. Mullen will remain at Insight in an advisory role to support the transition process.
“We are in a pivotal moment for our industry and for Insight,” said Tim Crown, Insight co-founder and chairman. “AI is redefining what it means to be a technology partner, and our clients expect us to lead that charge. Jack brings exactly the kind of forward-looking perspective and operational track record we need to accelerate our transformation and scale our capabilities.”
Azagury has extensive expertise in strategy, operations, and technology, and has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on digital and AI-based transformations.
He previously spent 29 years with Accenture, serving as group chief executive of consulting between June 2022 and September 2025. Before that, he was US Northeast market leader and North America resources sector leader.
In fall 2025, Azagury joined TowerBrook as a senior advisor and was named board chair of two of its professional services portfolio firms: Berkeley Research Group and EisnerAmper.
“Our clients are navigating a complex landscape of uncertainty, supply chain shifts, and the urgent pressure to adopt and achieve value from AI,” Azagury said. “They choose Insight because they want a partner who can help them move from strategy to implementation without friction or delay. I am eager to hit the ground running and create long-term value for our clients, our employees, and shareholders.”
Founded in 1988, Insight is a Fortune 500 company with 6,000 employees and annual revenue of $8.25 billion. The firm provides IT services across areas including applications, cloud, IT modernization, digital workplace, data and AI, and cybersecurity.
Insight also announced the departure of two senior leaders, effective March 31, 2026. Sam Cowley, general counsel, is retiring and will be succeeded by current deputy counsel Karim Adatia. Meanwhile, Dee Burger, president for Insight North America, will be leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities.
