Hubert Paul rejoins Simon-Kucher as partner
Hubert Paul has rejoined Simon-Kucher, a sales and marketing consulting firm, as a partner in its consumer sector.
Based in Atlanta, Paul has more than a decade of consulting experience in top-line growth, with a specialization in B2C commercial excellence and monetization strategies. He has experience across industries including retail, apparel, consumer services, travel, theme parks, and education.
Paul has expertise across business models that span e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, and franchise systems.
“It’s a pleasure to welcome Hubert back to the team,” said Shikha Jain, partner and head of consumer, North America at Simon-Kucher. “He brings remarkable expertise in the B2C industries across commercial strategy, pricing, and revenue growth.”
Paul rejoins Simon-Kucher after one-and-a-half years with L.E.K. Consulting, where he was a principal. He previously spent 8 years with Simon-Kucher, latterly as a senior director.
Paul began his career with Deloitte, where he spent two years and was a senior consultant in the strategy and operations practice.
He has an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University.

Paul’s addition further strengthens the firm’s North American consumer sector, which grew by 80% in 2025.
Simon-Kucher is headquartered in Bonn, Germany and has more than 2,000 employees across 30+ countries. The firm has since 1996 operated in the US, where it has over 250 people across seven offices.
Simon-Kucher specializes in helping clients drive revenue and profit through the commercial strategy levers of price, product, innovation, marketing, and sales.
