Q5 appoints Juliet Scott-Croxford as president of North American business

International management consultancy Q5 has appointed Juliet Scott-Croxford as president of its North American business.

In her new role, Scott-Croxford will lead Q5’s the firm’s growth strategy and oversee its operations in New York and Houston. She succeeds Claire Markwardt, who has led Q5’s North American business since 2022 and will support a smooth leadership transition before stepping down later this year.

Scott-Croxford brings more than two decades of leadership experience to the firm. Most recently, she was Americas president at Brompton Bicycle, a British bicycle manufacturer best known for its high-quality folding bicycles, where she was responsible for growing revenue, increasing market share and strengthening profitability in the North American market.

Prior to Brompton, she held senior leadership roles across media and publishing, including CEO of Worth Media and leadership positions at Guardian Media Group, where she led international expansion, commercial transformation, audience growth and strategic partnerships.

Commenting on her appointment, Scott-Croxford said: “I’m excited to be joining Q5 at such an important moment. What attracted me was the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit, its reputation for helping leaders tackle complex challenges and its focus on combining strategy with practical delivery. I’m looking forward to helping clients navigate the opportunities and disruption ahead.”

Founded in 2009, Q5 is an award-winning management consultancy specialized in organizational health. The firm has offices in Europe, North America (launched in 2013), the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

In the US, Q5 aims to enter its next phase of growth. The consulting firm is seeking to expand its presence across the media, consumer, energy and financial services sectors, while also broadening its reach into new segments.

“Juliet’s track record of delivering commercial results and building high-performing organizations makes her exceptionally well placed to lead the next phase of growth for Q5 in North America,” said Olly Purnell, managing partner at Q5. “Her perspective will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business and support clients through increasingly complex transformation challenges.”
