Generational Group opens Denver office
Generational Group, a Dallas-headquartered mergers and acquisitions consulting firm for privately held businesses, has opened a new office in Denver.
The Denver location is Generational’s 15th office in the United States. The consulting firm also has Canadian locations in Toronto and Vancouver.
The Denver location will enable the firm to better serve clients in Colorado and reflects Generational’s broader strategy to strengthen regional coverage.
“We have served the Denver area for 20+ years and are experiencing compelling growth,” said Brenen Hofstadter, chief M&A officer of Generational. “We’re seeing strong engagement in the region and are excited to further invest in Denver as we build on that momentum.”
The Denver office will be led by Aaron Presley, SVP, M&A. Presley has more than a decade of experience in consulting, banking, and valuation, and has supported more than 20 transactions.
He most recently was a VP in the New York office. Prior to joining the firm in 2021 as a valuation associate, Presley spent five years with Tolleson Wealth Management as a senior credit analyst. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of North Texas.
Pressley will report to Lori Galloway, executive managing director, M&A, who leads Generational’s Western region.
Generational was founded in 2005 and has more than 300 professionals.
The firm provides strategic growth consulting, exit planning education, business valuation, value enhancement strategies, M&A advisory, digital solutions, and wealth management to clients in a wide range of industries.
