CohnReznick adds Jenn Chou as tax partner in San Francisco

CohnReznick, a New York-headquartered accounting and consulting firm, has hired Jenn Chou as a tax partner in its asset management and financial services sector practice.

Based in San Francisco, Chou is a certified public accountant and tax executive with nearly two decades of experience. She has deep expertise handling complex fund operations, compliance, and tax consulting for investment firms.

In her new role with CohnReznick, Chou will provide tax compliance and consulting services to alternative investment fund clients – including venture capital, private equity, and fund-of-funds.

Chou joins from tax consultancy Andersen, where she spent three years as a managing director in the alternative investment funds group. Before that, she was tax director at PwC and a tax manager at Deloitte and EY.

Chou has a master’s degree in business taxation from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in public finance from National Chengchi University in Taiwan.

CohnReznick is the 14th-largest CPA firm in the US, according to Inside Public Accounting, with annual revenue of $1.15 billion. The firm has more than 5,000 employees.

London-based private equity firm Apax Partners acquired the accountancy in 2025.
