Vantage Leadership Consulting adds Jennifer Weiss as partner

Vantage Leadership Consulting has hired Jennifer Weiss, PhD, as a partner.

Based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Weiss brings more than two decades of experience advising organizations on executive assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness, and strategic talent management. She has industry expertise across healthcare, energy, engineering, science, technology, manufacturing, education, nonprofit, and the public sector.

Weiss previously spent 23 years at Human Resources Alignment Consulting, where she was a partner and executive consultant.

She has doctorate and master’s degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Weiss is a frequent conference speaker, panelist, and guest lecturer on industrial and organizational psychology and human resource management.
