Global management consultancy AlixPartners has promoted 17 people across its US offices to the level of Managing Director, as well as five more internationally. The promotions span all of the firm’s service areas, as well as its internal Corporate Services function.

The 17 new AlixPartners US Managing Directors are listed below, by city.

Boston

Jeff Goldstein (Performance Improvement) has nearly 20 years of management consulting experience. He specializes in cost transformation programs for tech, media, and telecom (TMT) clients. He coinvented AlixPartners’ radial organization analyzer tool.

Kristina Isakovich (Performance Improvement) boasts over two decades’ worth of global operating and consulting experience across a range of industries. She has previously held the role of chief marketing officer and chief strategy officer at a Fortune 500 firm. Isakovich has deep experience solving complex business problems, including cost reduction, post-merger integration, product strategy, and go-to-market strategy.

Chicago

Charles Braley (Turnaround & Restructuring) specializes in finance and treasury organization management, cost reduction, transaction management, and contingency planning strategy. A certified public accountant, Braley has previously held roles in interim financial management, M&A services, and finance solutions negotiation.

Sudhar Govindarajan (Performance Improvement) helps industrial, tech, and private equity clients achieve revenue growth and complex turnarounds. He specializes in sales effectiveness, growth strategy and execution, merger integration, and overhead optimization.

Steve Hilgendorf (Performance Improvement) has over 25 years’ experience in the medical device, military, and advisory sectors. Dallas

Brooke Hopkins (Investigations, Disputes & Risk) has over two decades of experience in forensic accounting investigation, compliance remediation, IP litigation, project management, and process improvement. Hopkins support clients in the areas of regulatory investigations and financial and accounting processes and controls improvement – providing innovative solutions through automation and analytics.

Robb McWilliams (Turnaround & Restructuring) has over twenty years’ experience in operational and financial restructuring, serving industries ranging from chemicals and mining to gaming and hospitality. He won the Turnaround Management Association's 2013 Turnaround of the Year: Large Company award as well as the Global M&A Network’s 2015 Turnaround of the Year: Large Markets award.

Brad Mroski (Investigations, Disputes & Risk) has almost 20 years of experience as a forensic accountant and financial regulator. Previously an assistant chief accountant at the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, Mroski helps clients respond to high-stakes government investigations, business disputes, and fraud and corruption allegations.

Detroit

Jeremy Borys (Corporate Services) is a seasoned organizational consultant with deep expertise in talent assessment, organizational development, talent analytics, and strategic planning. Borys leads AlixPartners’ internal Assessment practice, supporting multiple functions related to the alignment of organizational development initiatives at the firm.

Steve DuBuc (Performance Improvement) has nearly 25 years of industry and consulting experience. He has previously held executive-level roles in purchasing, supply chain and logistics, sales, marketing, program management, and operations. DuBuc has extensive expertise in in direct material cost reduction (COGS) in sourcing and negotiation of industrial raw materials and process/forming technologies.

Houston

Regina Lee (Investigations, Disputes & Risk) helps clients resolve issues related to business disputes, fraud, and compliance. Lee leverages data and analytics to more efficiently resolve bankruptcy disputes, securities litigation, and IP matters, among other areas. She is a certified public accountant, fraud examiner, insolvency and restructuring advisor, litigation management professional, and anti-money laundering specialist.

Los Angeles

Neto Alexander (Performance Improvement) supports private equity and portfolio company executives in the areas of investment and margin improvement. Alexander has extensive experience in commercial and operational due diligence, and has over 15 years’ experience working with tech-enabled services firms. Before entering the consulting industry, Alexander was a software developer and systems engineer.

New York

Nitin Jain (Performance Improvement) helps retailers improve category margin through negotiations, assortment changes, and trade fund optimization. Jain also has experience supporting Fortune 500 firms and major private equity funds across M&A, strategic sourcing, digitalization, operational transformation, and profitability management.

Nenad Milicevic (Performance Improvement) has over 15 years of industry and consulting experience developing and leading growth strategy, due diligence, inorganic growth strategy, and engineering/procurement performance improvement. Milicevic’s experience extends across the automotive, media, industrials, aerospace and defense, gaming, and private equity industries.

Luca Ridolfi (Performance Improvement) has a strong track record of delivering successful profitability improvement programs in strategy and operations to C-suite executives. He has particular expertise in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industry.

Nick Samanich (Performance Improvement) has 20 years of consulting experience, with an additional 17 years of industry experience. Samanich has deep expertise in sourcing, technology, outsourcing, product management, and technology-enabled process improvement. He leverages his many decades of experience to help clients identify and pursue external spend opportunities such as demand management, technical cost reduction, and commercial negotiations.

San Francisco

Alexandre Marian (Performance Improvement) has deep experience advising on strategy and operations within the industrial and automotive sectors. He has particular expertise in mobility, and has been involved in the entire value chain, from suppliers to OEMs, dealers, and aftermarket. Before joining Alixpartners, Marian held roles with Roland Berger, Accenture, and Renault. 

International promotions

AlixPartners appointed a further five team members as Managing Directors outside the US: Sophie Barbe (Turnaround & Restructuring Services, Paris); Paul Brabant (Investigations, Disputes & Risk, London); Jochen Gottschalk (Digital, Munich); Clemente Honorati (Performance Improvement, Milan); and Paul Thompson (Corporate Services, London).
