HR consultancy Buck has appointed Vanessa Davis as its US administration outsourcing leader. Davis brings more than two decades of industry and consulting experience in benefits administration, and will remain based in Pittsburgh.

In her new role, Davis will lead operations, customer service, and product development across Buck’s administration outsourcing services. She will also oversee the firm’s Benefits Outsourcing Center of Excellence in Fort Wayne, Indiana, delivering benefits expertise, on-site consulting, and actuarial support.
