HR consultancy Buck has appointed Vanessa Davis as its US administration outsourcing leader. Davis brings more than two decades of industry and consulting experience in benefits administration, and will remain based in Pittsburgh.

In her new role, Davis will lead operations, customer service, and product development across Buck’s administration outsourcing services. She will also oversee the firm’s Benefits Outsourcing Center of Excellence in Fort Wayne, Indiana, delivering benefits expertise, on-site consulting, and actuarial support.

Davis has been with Buck since 2014, joining the Pittsburgh office when the company was a division of Xerox. She joined as a director and implementation lead for talent-based outsourcing HR services, moving up to serve as technology program manager, wherein she was responsible for clients’ innovation roadmaps for HR delivery. Most recently, Davis was a principal and product manager for administration and outsourcing solutions, leading technology delivery of defined benefit and health and welfare admin solutions for the US.

"For more than 22 years, I managed benefits programs for a large industrial corporation and a leading energy company and intuitively understand the needs of both employers and employees,” Davis said. Buck provides clients with fully outsourced or co-sourced administration services in the areas of defined benefits and health and welfare. The firm also delivers comprehensive consulting services across health wealth, career, engagement, and compliance, and also provides HR technology solutions and analytics.
