CRB opens Wisconsin office, adds senior project manager
Design and engineering consultancy CRB has opened a new office in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The firm also announced the hiring of Ruben Pedroza as a senior project manager in its Los Angeles office.
Founded in 1984, CRB delivers engineering, architecture, construction, and consulting solutions to the life sciences and advanced technology industries. Its consulting offerings include operations improvement, strategic facility planning, and sustainability consulting, among other areas.
The company’s new Marshfield, Wisconsin office will be CRB’s 14th location in the United States. The firm also has offices in Basel, Switzerland; Stuttgart, Germany; and San Juan, Puerto Rico. CRB has an employee base of more than 1,100 professionals.
The Wisconsin location will seek to tap into the manufacturing industry in the Great Lakes Region. "Opening an office in Central Wisconsin aligns with our food and beverage manufacturing clients' substantial growth in the region," said Tammi McAllister, food & beverage team leader, CRB. "Having a physical office in this location allows us to provide expanded services and streamlined project delivery."
CRB also announced a new hire at its Los Angeles office. Ruben Pedroza joins as a senior project manager, bringing more than 20 years of design and construction industry experience. Pedroza’s expertise lies in performance and operations management, with knowledge across mechanical and process engineering, R&D, software development, renewable energy, cost reduction, and project management.
Pedroza joins CRB from life sciences industry-focused design and engineering consultancy IPS, where he was director of engineering at the Irvine, California office. Before that, he was a senior manager at Azzur Group and a VP and manager at SCS Engineers. He holds an MBA and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
