Pariveda acquires talent and leadership consultancy Levinson & Co.

Management and technology consulting firm Pariveda has acquired Levinson & Co., a Jaffrey, New Hampshire–based talent and leadership consultancy.

Founded in 2003 and based in Dallas, Pariveda has grown to 10 offices across the United States, recently opening a location in Toronto, Canada. The employee-owned firm delivers strategic consulting services, as well as custom technology solutions in cloud, data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and enterprise resource planning, among other areas.

The acquisition of Levinson & Co. enhances Pariveda’s ability to deliver organizational, talent, and leadership solutions to its clients.

The acquired company was founded in 1968 by Harry Levinson, a Harvard Business school professor and a pioneer in the psychological aspects of workplace management. Since 1991, CEO Gerry Kraines – a Harvard Medical School physician and psychiatrist – has led the company, using his acclaimed systems approach to develop healthy organizations and strong leaders.

A global partnership of consultants and educators with centers and seminars across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Levinson delivers consulting in organization design and development, talent pool development, change management, executive assessment and coaching, and succession planning.
