Howard Joyce to lead and establish Morgan Hill Partners’ Bay Area office

Management consultancy Morgan Hill Partners has announced the appointment of Howard Joyce as the leader of its Bay Area office, which he will also establish.

Morgan Hill works with a methodology it calls “operational engineering,” offering its services to growth-stage companies as well as financial sponsors with growth-stage portfolios. Its aim is to help its clients achieve success faster and more often than the industry standard.

Joyce joins Morgan Hill from HJC Ventures, a consultancy serving clients in the software and tech-enabled services industries, where he served as president. HJC specializes in operational strategy, services efficiency, alliance and channel strategy, sales excellence, and mergers and acquisitions support.

Additionally, Joyce has worked as executive vice president of global partners and services for Enablon, a consultancy offering both on-premise and software-as-a-service (SaaS) sustainability management solutions, specializing in areas including compliance management and energy and carbon management. Other relevant experience includes working with software and services firm Tribridge as president and COO, and cofounding Navint Consulting, a business and IT consultancy.

Joyce began his career in consulting at Big Four firm PwC, before moving to a senior consultant position at Sigma Consulting, which was then acquired by Nextera – where Joyce worked as a partner for three years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.

Morgan Hill was founded in 2017. It operates out of 10 offices throughout the United States.
